Which email do you check?
The verified email on your Discord account. If it matches the email of a purchase from rafaelludwig.com/shop (not a free download), you're unlocked automatically. Your email is only compared against a scrambled list, never shown or shared.
My key says it's from a free download or trial
Members access is for people who bought the full version. Keys from free downloads and trials don't unlock it, but you're welcome in all the free channels. If you did buy, use the key from that purchase. It's on the email you paid with.
I can't find my license key
Log in to your Payhip purchases with the email you used to buy. Open the product and the key is listed with your download.
It says my key is already linked to another account
Each key unlocks one Discord account. If you changed accounts, post in #licensing and Rafael will move it for you.
It still doesn't work
Join PowerLab with the free invite and post in #licensing, or email apps@rafaelludwig.com. Rafael can unlock you by hand.
